Employment Application Form-
The form below is provided to automate paperwork and explain what we are looking for in new employees.

In order for a construction company to be successful it must hire employees that follow the common rules asked by all other employers- employees must be on time and employees must be productive.   This is a skilled trade and apprentices must have a desire to learn this trade in order to get into the higher skilled positions.  Journeymen who are applying must understand that a mutual trust must be developed between employees and employers.  Applicants that feel that they will not be able to make it to work on time or that they will miss days should not apply.  Applicants that feel that they might not be productive and wish to make money for them and the company should not apply.  We must watch for these qualities in new employees and employees must be promptly let go if they have a problem being late or not getting the work done (reasonable amounts of work in reasonable periods of time).  I wish to be fair and pay better than average rates for the skill levels but in order for this company to survive I feel I must hire employees with these qualities.

- Wil Holland, President

You must have your own transportation and a valid driver's license.  This is a physical job with lots of lifting, pulling, and pushing so please be aware that it can sometimes be a work out.  You will also be working off of ladders and lifts, so you must be accustomed to heights or be willing to overcome a fear of heights.  All safety precautions must be observed.  Clothing must be long pants and sleeved shirts (short sleeves are okay, but no cut offs or tank tops).  Baggy clothes are not acceptable.  Some projects may require steel toe boots.

Please note that our leasing company will be holding back pay for one week.

Once this form is filled out, if you have not already spoken to someone in our office, please call to let us know that an application is being submitted.  We will keep it on file and call you to let you know when we would be able to schedule an interview.  Please bring a clear copy of your license and social security card to the meeting.
